CuraKeep Terms of Use
Effective July 24, 2026
The service
CuraKeep helps account holders organize maintenance tasks and reminders. It is an organizational tool and does not provide professional, safety, engineering, medical, or legal advice.
Account holder responsibilities
Account holders are responsible for the accuracy of their maintenance information, protecting their credentials, and deciding when professional inspection or service is appropriate. CuraKeep should not be the sole reminder system for work where delay or error could cause injury or property damage.
Availability
We work to keep CuraKeep reliable, but the service and notifications may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.
Acceptable use
Account holders may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other users, or use CuraKeep unlawfully.
Account deletion and termination
Account holders can permanently delete their account in the CuraKeep Settings screen. See the account deletion instructions. We may suspend an account that materially violates these terms or threatens the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated as CuraKeep evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or other reasonable means.
Contact
Questions can be submitted through the CuraKeep support page.
