CuraKeep Privacy Policy

CuraKeep helps people organize maintenance tasks and reminders. This policy describes the information CuraKeep processes and the choices available to account holders.
Information CuraKeep collects
CuraKeep stores:
- Account information, including an email address and optional name.
- Maintenance tasks, notes, schedules, recurrence rules, and reminder settings.
- Account and device identifiers, including notification tokens when push notifications are enabled.
- Operational and security records needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the service.
CuraKeep does not use advertising trackers, sell personal information, or use personal information for cross-app tracking.
How information is used
Information is processed to:
- Authenticate an account and synchronize its maintenance data.
- Create and deliver reminders requested by the account holder.
- Secure, maintain, and troubleshoot CuraKeep.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
Service providers
CuraKeep uses Amazon Web Services for authentication, database hosting, and notification delivery. Service providers process information only as needed to operate CuraKeep and are expected to protect it appropriately.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while an account is active. An account holder can permanently delete the account and its associated CuraKeep data from the Settings screen in the iOS app. Limited records may be retained when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Your choices
- Decline or disable push notifications.
- Edit or delete individual maintenance tasks.
- Sign out of CuraKeep.
- Permanently delete a CuraKeep account in Settings.
