Help with accounts, tasks, reminders, privacy, and technical issues.
Request help
Submit a request through the CuraKeep support tracker. Please describe what happened and the device or browser you were using. Do not include your password, confirmation codes, notification tokens, or other sensitive information.
Account access
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to request a reset code. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive promptly.
Notifications
CuraKeep reminders require notification permission. On iPhone, open Settings, select Notifications, select CuraKeep, and verify that notifications are allowed.
Delete an account
Account deletion is available inside CuraKeep and removes the account and associated CuraKeep data. Read the account deletion instructions.
